Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policy: All orders will be processed within [4-6] weeks. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping charges for your order are as follows:

- Australian Standard shipping: $12.95
- New Zealand Standard shipping: $18.95

We will ship through Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, or any other reputable courier services to addresses within Australia.

**International Shipping Policy:** All orders will be processed within [4-6 weeks]. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping charges for your order are as follows:

- International shipping charges: $24.95

We will ship via DHL, FedEx, or any other reputable mode of shipment.

GENERAL POLICY:

- You will receive an email regarding shipment confirmation once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The shipping tracking number will be activated within 72 hours.
- Molly Pet Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please retain all damaged products and packaging materials before filing a claim.
